Would a classic (1990s) range rover, have cheaper insurance than a classic (1990s) mini cooper?

Medicare or other health  insurance    that is affordable?
"What's the best"Hi I had been Only thinking exactly what car and the cheapest  insurance  to guarantee for an 18 yr old residing in great britain. I've simply passed my examination last month (Nov 2008) and wish to acquire driving instantly. Up to now ' insurance  have attempted on 1.1 ford fiesta "I know his money is wanted by the loan's financial institution even though the bicycle gets stolen/totaled/breaks down whatever. But do i need to have full-coverage. Therefore if the bicycle gets stolen/totaled whatever isn't every one of the bank focused on is getting his money? So if that takes place I'll tell the lending company not to worry i will keep paying obligations since i dont need to destroy my credit until the loan is paid down
